I just love this hanging. It's my family through the seasons. My granddaughter as spring, my daughter as summer, I'm autumn and my mum is winter. The photos show us as a child, a mother, a grandmother and a great grandmother.
What a fabulous idea! Not only are each of these gorgeous, I love the fact that you have incorporated pictures of each of you through the years. Amazing and gorgeous!
So glad to have found your blog, I've signed up to follow as I am inspired by your work, love the quilt in the BQF, great colours. I'm autumn too! Lis x
what a great way to showcase your maternal family line-very creative. Hope you've labeled it with each person's name and birthdate, etc. Come see my antique quilt entries http://utahquiltappraiser.blogspot.com http://starleyquilts.blogspot.com
Now I'm retired, I have time to do what I like, when I like, which is a great luxury. I love getting together with friends for lunch or dinner or weekends away.
