Group Quilt - July 2007
Our S&B group went to Huskisson, to Joy's place, for the weekend to work on our group quilt, based on a Georgie Gerl pattern in an "Asian Fabric" magazine. We each made a block. I sewed the blocks together, MaryAnne stitched in the ditch, Val quilted it and Joy did the binding. When it was all finished, we each embellished our block with sequins, beads, ribbons etc and finally, donated it to the Jane McGrath Foundaton.
We were delighted with the finished quilt.
